What integrity looks like in practice
Independent Advice
Our findings and recommendations reflect what the evidence shows — nothing more, nothing less. We do not adjust our conclusions based on what a client wants to hear or what the outcome of an engagement produces.
No Exaggeration, No Minimisation
We do not exaggerate findings to appear more thorough and we do not soften findings to avoid uncomfortable conversations. If a system is well-secured, we say so. If it has critical weaknesses, we are direct about what that means.
Transparent About Limitations
If something was not tested, we say so. If a finding requires further investigation, we say so. Clients should always have a clear and accurate picture of what was assessed, what was found and what the limitations of the engagement were.
